You’ve Never Seen A Shopping Mall Like This One In Oklahoma
The Boxyard is a brand new micromall that just opened up on 3rd and Frankfort Street in Downtown Tulsa. And it’s not just any ordinary shopping mall – it’s made from repurposed shipping containers. Check out this cool, new urban concept in Tulsa:
The Boxyard in downtown Tulsa is a community of shops made from converted shipping containers...39 to be exact.
The whole center is just one shipping container on top of another...and it's pretty cool!
Each shipping container is 320 sq. ft in size and some stores combine multiple containers together for larger spaces. And the outside has beautiful shared, gathering spaces for visitors to enjoy.
The space is a mix of retail, food and beverage and service businesses.
Dwelling Spaces is one example of a business who's doors are already opened for business.
Joebot's Coffee Bar, Sole Massage and Beau & Arrow are a few more retailers you will find at the Boxyard.
Step inside one of these shipping containers and you'll find the coolest spaces. Sole Massage is a great spot to sit back and relax during this busy shopping season.
The views of Downtown Tulsa from the Boxyard are exceptional. This new micromall is a unique shopping and dining experience that Oklahomans will fall in love with.
