Twin Oast is named after the unique structures known as oasts, which are integral to the brewing process. These buildings are specially designed to dry the hops, a process known as kilning.

As stated on the Twin Oast Brewing website, "Oast Houses are the inspiration behind our brewery. Oasts draw a perfect connection between traditional farming and brewing cultures.
