The School House Winery In Ohio That’s Just As Charming As It Sounds
Wineries make excellent day trip destinations. Fortunately, Ohio is home to more than 150 wineries, each featuring their own one-of-a-kind wines and beautiful settings. (Be sure to check out this barn winery.) One of the most unique wineries in Ohio is Dover’s School House Winery. With award-winning wines, a charming atmosphere and plenty of fun events, this is one local winery you simply can’t pass up.
What used to be an 1886 one-room schoolhouse is now one of Ohio's most unique wineries.
Please note: School House Winery is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
In the warmer months, we highly recommend taking advantage of the outdoor seating after you've explored the interior. There's nothing like a picnic by the pond. <3
