With a population of about 5,700 (when college is in session) this Licking County village is arguably one of Ohio's best small towns.
This east central Ohio town was actually founded by New Englanders from Granville, Massachusetts and Granby, Connecticut who were interested in finding more fertile farmland, according to the village's website.
