Have you ever wondered where in Ohio do people drink the most alcohol? According to County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, the following 18 counties have 20% or more of its residents that have self-reported participating in either binge drinking or heavy drinking between the years of 2006 to 2012.
To break the ties in these rankings, we then looked at FindTheHome data to see which of these counties have the highest bars per capita; bars per 10,000 residents. (Note: The United States’ bars per capita is 4.03, and the state of Ohio’s bars per capita is 4.83.)
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date.
