Cleveland is a foodie’s dream. This eclectic city has drawn big thinkers from all over the world, and some of them have established authentic and taste bud-tantalizing eateries. If you’ve never heard of Citizen Pie Pizza, you may be surprised to learn that its owner Vytauras Sasnaukas actually came to Cleveland from Lithuania. As the Soviet occupation ended, businesses like pizza shops began popping up. By this time, according to their website, Sasnaukas was already in culinary school and was well on his way to serving the best pizza in Cleveland. His most recent endeavor, Citizen Pie Roman Cafe, serves up pizza like you’ve never had before. Drawing inspiration from Roman-style pizza pies, these servings are beyond excellent. Check it out:
