Located approximately 30 minutes from Cleveland, Headlands Dunes State Nature Preserve is a stunning destination filled with beach views over Lake Erie, wildlife, and lots to do. As the longest natural beach in the state, Headlands Dunes State Nature Preserve is the perfect location to stroll through nature, have a picnic, dip your feet in the water, kayak, or go on a photography walk. Because of its location, the water off of the beach is a popular spot for fishermen too.
