Sip Cocktails Alongside Chickens At This Unique Cleveland Garden Bar
Cleveland is a concrete jungle, right? Buildings line streets as far as the eye can see, although the landscape is broken up by the occasional urban green space. While the city is nicknamed Forest City, Cleveland can’t quite shake its reputation as a bustling Rustbelt city. Locals that are in the know, however, are well aware that many enchanting oases exist within city limits — you just have to know where to look. The Cleveland Cultural Gardens make up one site worth visiting, but locals have also found solace at one incredible garden center in town that’s an unexpected breath of fresh air. Nestled amidst the buzz of a big city, you’ll find a mystical garden bar at this enchanting garden center in Cleveland.

Goats, chickens, and a cat are frequently spotted at this charming garden center, and it's no secret why — they love it here just as much as visitors do! While we enjoy the expansive offerings hiding in this landscape, the critters appreciate friendly visitors with a passion for conversation — or at least they seem to with how vocal they get.
Those that aren't in the know are always surprised to learn about their garden bar.
You might enjoy sipping on a drink while you walk around and shop, but there's something amazingly magical about swinging by the garden bar and relaxing with the chickens and goats.
While the garden bar is great to visit on days of operation, Friday nights are doubtlessly the best.
The bar is open Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. While each day is an evening to remember, the live music on Friday nights pairs inexplicably well with wine and a cheese tray.
This urban oasis is a slice of paradise and the wine and cocktails only add to its atmosphere.
There's so much to love about this garden center and gift shop, even without the added benefit provided by wine and cocktails. You'll find all sorts of unexpected treasures awaiting discovery, from flowers to decorations. Plus, you just might make a new friend during your visit!
Be sure to chat with the on-site critters during your visit, and, if you'd like to make it extra memorable, swing by during an event!
