Today, we’re going to take a look at what just may be the friendliest town near Cleveland. On this list, Solon ranks alongside suburbs of Toledo, Cincinnati, and Dayton. Other Cleveland communities appear further down the list, but Solon is the only Greater Cleveland city to appear in the top five.
