As Brewnuts opens super early (6:30 or 8 a.m., depending on the day), beer is admittedly not always the perfect pairing for these donuts. Fortunately, the shop is also partnered with Phoenix Coffee for early morning sips.
...In fact, beer is the secret ingredient in these donuts. It brings out the richness of their flavors!
The beer is often used in reduction form, baked at a steamy 173 degrees. The craft beer adds a local vibe to the offered flavors, and it makes for an unusually rich donut that is beyond comparison.
Speaking of flavors, it's worth mentioning that you never know what you'll find on the menu. However, you can always expect each flavor to be delicious!
Since 2013, this cool donut shop in Cleveland has served hundreds (if not thousands) of flavors. Some are savory, some are sweet.
