Believe it or not, the Cleveland Metroparks actually operates several restaurants.
There are actually a number of places to dine within the Cleveland Metroparks. Merwin's Wharf is perhaps the most famous, but the park district also has dining destinations like The Back Nine Grille at Seneca.
One of those destinations is Big Met Grille at the golf course of the same name, and it's a beautiful and delicious spot to visit.
Big Met Grille and its accompanying Terrace are surprising little spots in this golf course's clubhouse. They play up the social aspect of a day at the golf course, and they offer a great way to unwind after a day out on the green.

This lovely landscape has been welcoming visitors since 1926, and its 18 holes and clubhouse have made locals feel like they're at an exclusive destination.
This landscape hearkens back to the "Golden Era" of golf back in the Jazz Age. While the Model T Ford had already made automobiles a household item, the emergence of this gold course in the 1920s meant many people still came via horseback and on foot to golf at this coveted site.
Treat yourself to a well-deserved hot dog, or dig into a dish of chicken fingers. Fish fries are common here during the Lent season, to the pleasure of those that love local fish.
