This Stand In The Cleveland West Side Market Is Famous For Their Mouthwatering Beef Jerky
Snacking is an American tradition. We love snack foods, a fact that is evidenced by the countless companies that have popped up across the nation and even in Cleveland since our country’s founding. One snack food that we Clevelanders can’t resist is beef jerky, and there’s one place in The Land that prepares it with flavor that’s almost too good to believe.

The West Side Market is the oldest operating indoor and outdoor marketplace in Cleveland. It began operations in 1840, albeit across the street from the current location. It's here that some of the most eclectic goods in Cleveland are offered, from herbs to culturally-specific pastries.

This market is a foodie paradise. All sorts of goods are offered within, which unfortunately makes it easy to break the bank. Everywhere you turn, you'll find something else that you'll want to buy!

J & J Czuchraj Meats is a name you may recognize from frequenting the market or from watching specials on PBS and The Food Network.

This family-owned business has countless fans throughout Cleveland, and it's no secret why. With no preservatives, a perfect blend of spices, and the implementation of real hickory wood, there's no shortage of flavor.

Yummy flavors like bacon jerky and Korean BBQ beef jerky will break apart the monotony of any day. Ghost pepper smokies are always a treat, and their cheese smokies are a classic adored by members of several generations.

Michael Symon has featured this stand on his show The Best Thing I Ever Ate, and Rachel Ray has mentioned this meat stand in her Every Day publication. Presidents and celebrities alike have paid a visit to this delicious destination, and all head home with more than a few goodies for the road.
