2. Winton Woods Campground
A campground is a great place to relax and seek out serenity, and Winton Woods arguably has the most beautiful one near the city. The tall trees provide shade, while still allowing views of the lake, and you're close to the park's amenities including hiking trails, boat rentals, and playgrounds.

You can get there in just a few minutes from downtown and enjoy the seasonal show and lovely exhibits that showcase a variety of plant life. There are benches scattered throughout the conservatory, perfect for taking a seat, enjoying the surroundings, and perhaps opening up a good book.

8. Paris Landing
Paris Landing in Kentucky is a little over an hour from Cincinnati and is the ultimate "glamping" getaway.
