The Pony is rather new to the bar and restaurant scene in OTR, but you'd never guess it when you walk through the door. It's got that vintage vibe that goes perfectly with a bowl of saucy wings, and the wings here are definitely in the running for the best in the city.
Quan Hapa is an "Asian Gastropub" in OTR that may seem out of place on our list, unless of course, you've tried their wings. The unique flavor pairs perfectly with the crispy chicken and you can even get Sesame Waffle Fries to go along with them!
