This Is The Absolute Best Town In Ohio To Visit During The Halloween Season
Are you the kind of person who eagerly awaits the spooky season each year? Who happily folds laundry and washes dishes while watching “Hocus Pocus” on repeat, and has witches and giant spiders and animatronic Frankenstein monsters decorating their yard? Halloween people: we see you, and we get it. So does the town of Fairborn, Ohio. Not only is Fairborn the best Halloween town in Ohio, but it’s also a place where this delightfully frightful holiday is celebrated all year long.
At first glance, Fairborn, Ohio, doesn't seem all that out of the ordinary. This place of 33,000 outside of Dayton is a "big little" town with a delightful Main Street and all the businesses, parks, government services, and schools you'd expect to find in a town of this size.
An Adult Costume Store and Kid's Costume Store joined the Halloween party decades later, offering folks of all ages the full Foy's experience, any time of year.
But Halloween is so much more than costumes and haunted houses -- it's a vibe. A culture. A literal spirit. And Fairborn has embraced this "Halloween town" identity, with residents going all out in the name of good, old-fashioned Halloween fun, thanks, in large part, to Foy's.
