The median home value in Springboro was $201,900 and the median family income in 2013 was $105,644. Additionally, the family income growth between 1999 and 2013 was 46.09 percent.
Pickerington received a GreatSchools rank of 8 and the percentage of families with at least one child under 18 was 39.5 percent.
