Northern California is a beach lover’s paradise. From the rugged beauty of the North Coast to the many lakes and rivers that make this place awesome, there’s no shortage of places to relax in the sun and dig your toes in the sand. Some of the most pristine beaches are located high in the mountains of the Sierra, including Meek’s Bay. This gorgeous cove features some of the softest, whitest sand in Lake Tahoe… and that’s saying something!
