It's October, so grab some squash at a local farmers market. An ideal spot is the the Ferry Plaza Farmers market in Embarcadero.

Set the season in style and reserve dinner at Boulevard in downtown. Boulevard is in one of the city's most historic buildings, the Belle Époque. Boulevard offers creative Californian cooking with French influences. The restaurant is located near the Ferry Building in Embarcadero.

Come inside and check out this wonderful and critically acclaimed institution, SFMOMA, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Explore the revamped space and collection of modern and contemporary art that includes pieces by Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, and other iconic creative.
