This tiny chapel was among the first buildings erected in San Francisco’s Presidio on September 17, 1776. The Presidio Chapel has been a site for religious ceremonies since Native Americans held this land sacred. The present day site was built in 1931, and it is a fine example of Spanish Colonial Revival-style architecture. The chapel is graced with a breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay, making it an incredible venue for special events.
