April 07, 2022

What are some fun things to do in San Fransisco?

Well, we might be a little biased, but first and foremost, we feel like a visit to Salesforce Park sounds pretty darn good! It’s not every day you get to check out a rooftop park in San Fransisco, and there are always Salesforce Park events going on. It’s a treat! Other than that, however – well, the possibilities are endless. There are all kinds of amazing parks in San Fransisco to visit, as well as wonderful local eateries, diners, bakeries, and more. Check out the infamous Alcatraz Island, visit the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge, and experience Oracle Park. There are also many delightful and relaxing wineries in Northern California, many of which are quite close to – if not in – the San Fransisco area. If you have kids in tow, we recommend the magical Walt Disney Family Museum. Of course, one also can’t beat a simple day at the beach, reading a good book with one’s toes sunken into the sand.

Among our favorites are truly incredible gems like the Redwood State and National Parks, and if you enjoy that one, be sure to also check out Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. Other wonderful state parks to visit in Northern California include hidden gems like Butano State Park, Tomales Bay State Park, Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park, and so many more.
