This Northern California Restaurant Is Located Inside A Shipping Container And You Need To Visit
Didn’t your mother always tell you not to judge a book by it’s cover? This wood-fired pizzeria is finger licking good, but you would never have guessed it because it is located inside of the most unassuming structure you can imagine: a shipping container!

The Federalist Public House is located in Midtown Sacramento and is actually quite roomy and modern inside.
It becomes a hot spot on weekend evenings out on the town. This neighborhood of Sacramento is full of farm to fork restaurants and Northern California pride.
Midtown Sac also offers plenty of fun things to do, like this group bike. It's a fun way to get around when you are planning on having a couple drinks.
The best part of the Federalist is hands down the wood fired pizza. It is sourced from locally produced, fresh ingredients and you won't regret purchasing one of these hand crafted pies.
There are so many to choose from, like the Coloma, which features mozzarella, jack cheese, fontina, smoked teriyaki chicken, red onion, pineapple, cilantro,
and chili oil.
Same room for desert, though! They made ice cream sandwiches that are to die for. Their ice cream sando is quickly becoming a local favorite. It's an oatmeal cookie sandwich with vanilla bean or cherry amaretto ice cream, dark chocolate, and crushed pistachio. They suggest ordering with a stout or porter.
