The headwaters is located at the base of Spring Hill in the park. This small park is easy to miss, but you'll find it off of I-5 on Mt. Shasta Blvd. The hike into the park to find the headwaters is fast and simple, making it a perfect pit stop if you find yourself traveling through the area.
