The dinner cruise is offered Friday and Saturday evenings from Mothers Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. The two-hour cruise departs at 6:00 p.m. on each evening and reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests will check in approximately 30 minutes before departure at the Gift Store at Lake Shasta Caverns. You'll then board the boat and prepare for the dinner of a lifetime!
There's something for everybody to enjoy during the buffet-style meal. The dining menu is comprised of a myriad of classic entrees, sides, and desserts, all of which have been created with a special twist by their talented chefs.
The main course consists of dishes like tri-tip with a smoked rub, lemon zest chicken, shrimp skewers, and vegetable skewers. Special menus are available upon request for private group events, as well.
