Enter a relatively new, totally unassuming little joint in Williston where you might just find the best BBQ in North Dakota: it’s called Pit 105, and it’s about to be your new favorite restaurant in North Dakota… at least when it comes to barbecued delights.

If you've never been, and you were to look it up, you'd notice one thing right off the bat: the reviews for Pit 105 are off the hook, with rave review after rave review mentioning things like the brisket (which is to die for) or the ribs (which slough off the bone in the most delicious of ways).
