The Parrot's Cay might be small, but boy, is it mighty.
Lots of folks come in for the first time for the convenience of its location (nestled right in the town of Grand Forks), but they keep coming back for the food.
There's one menu item in particular that folks find themselves utterly obsessed with: the chicken wings.
The Parrot's Cay has wings that are so ridiculously good that they're the restaurant's entire claim to fame. So legendary are these wings that one can purchase themselves a cute little chicken wing keychain here if they so desire.
We don't think you'll need any mementos to remember this little hotspot by, personally - we think these wings ought to be enough to keep you craving more.
