Prairie Outpost Park in Dickinson, North Dakota is a lovely place for an excellent outing for people of all ages. It is part of the Dickinson Museum Center so there is a lot to see here.

The park is full of historic buildings, some relocated and some reconstructed, that'll bring you back in time to the earlier days on the prairie. One of the most interesting is this stone pioneer house that looks interesting both outside and in, with accurate antiques inside to fit the time period.
