The Jaw-Dropping Frost Fire Mountain Is Unlike Anything Else In North Dakota

Mountains are somewhat of an anomaly in North Dakota. Alright, we’ll admit it – they are pretty much non-existent. We do have awesome badlands and towering buttes, but not quite the high snowy peaks one would expect with a mountain. That’s not to say we don’t have any, because this state does have a couple of mountains – and they’re actually pretty amazing. This mountain, in particular, is a recreational paradise year-round, and here’s what makes it special.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
