Open For 50 Years, The Dog House In North Carolina Serves Up Delicious Chili-Smothered Hot Dogs
Ever since the hot dog made its debut in America in the 1800s, this working class meal in a sausage packaging has been a hit. The same is true for The Dog House, which has been a hit in and around Durham since 1970, when the first Dog House opened in Durham. Now this small local chain has five locations in Durham and one in Hillsborough.
