There’s A Little-Known, Fascinating Train Park In North Carolina And You’ll Want To Visit
North Carolina has one of the most famous train theme parks on the East Coast, and if you’ve ever been to Tweetsie Railroad in Blowing Rock, then you know it’s worthy of the fame. But there’s another train park in North Carolina that’s lesser known, yet fascinating – and you’ll want to visit! Take a look below.
Pullen Park is located at 520 Ashe Ave., Raleigh, NC 27606. The amusements are open seven days a week but the hours vary by season. You can find the current hours on the Amusements tab at this link. Tickets for all rides are $1 for ages 13 months and over. Please note, at the time of this writing, the train is closed for maintenance until February 12, 2018, and the boats are closed for the winter.
