Nothing says fall is quickly approaching more than the start of the annual North Carolina Mountain State Fair in Asheville. Now in its 26th year, the state’s only mountains rendition of a “state fair” is slated for September 6th through the 15th with 10 days of wholesome family fun set among the beautiful mountain vistas found in Western North Carolina.
