Make Your Escape To Lazy Bear Lodge, An Isolated Lodge In North Carolina
Nestled in the forest in the Highlands of North Carolina is a cabin style five bedroom lodge that serves as a quiet bed and breakfast. It’s found in Valle Crucis, which is Latin for ‘Vale of the Cross.’ The name is derived from the three streams that converge in Valle Crucis and make the shape of the cross. For those who have been to Valle Crucis before, the name fits. There’s a divine peace found in this remote valley where so many visitors to the area often find themselves and are thankful to have arrived here, one way or another.

And the gorgeous view can be seen from the common rooms on the first floor, as well as the deck out back and the balconies of the guest rooms on the second floor.
