This Botanic Garden In North Carolina Is So Exclusive It’s Only Open To The Public Eight Weekends A Year
There’s an exclusive botanic garden just outside of Raleigh that’s only open to the public eight weekends a year. Established in 1988, Juniper Level Botanic Garden features nearly 20 acres of rolling gardens, plantings, and aesthetically pleasing lush garden rooms you’re sure to love if you love plants.
The garden, however, is only open to the public two weekends in each season of the year, so you'll need to plan ahead if you want to immerse yourself in this beautiful garden.
The wooded areas feature some stunning trees, like these golden leaf dawn redwoods, seen here in the height of the fall season, and positively beautiful!
Juniper Level has many specialty collections of plant species, including a whopping 66 species of the Iris. See the full list of specialty plant collections here.
But remember, it's only open to the public eight weekends per year. Of course, visits at other times can be scheduled in advance. Here's the form for requesting a special visit.
