Once a dairy farm known as Whippoorwill, the lovely farmhouse brewery sits on nine acres inside the backdrop of the Linville Gorge surrounded by Lake James State Park.

We love this working farm with pretty gardens and fruit groves. The brewery operates on a 15-barrel brewing system that can produce approximately 465 gallons of beer in a single batch.
The staff has several partnerships with local companies and farmers for the perfect ingredients to make this beer sing.

The Milking Parlor at the farm is often chosen for party venues with a private bar and plenty of indoor seating.
