The Baked Pie Company's first location opened in Arden (just south of Asheville) in 2016 and the pies are to die for. Each and every day pies are baked fresh by this mother/daughter owned and run bakery.
However, many people may still pass right on by this unassuming little business in the end unit of a shopping plaza on busy Long Shoals Road.

From the eclectic decor to the scent of freshly baked pies and more, the exterior of the Baked Pie Company gives little clue to what awaits in the interior. As a result, most people up there on Long Shoals Road quite simply have no idea what they're missing.
