You’ll Never Forget A Visit To Prodigal Farm, A One-Of-A-Kind Farm Filled With Baby Goats In North Carolina
There are times in our lives when it’s nice to think about something bigger than ourselves, like the slow consistency of the passage of time. There are places on this earth that time seems to pass by, diners where it is always 1962, and farms where it doesn’t matter when it is. One such farm right here in our home state is Prodigal Farm. In their own words, theirs is a place “Where Goats Can Be Goats.” We’re pretty sure that second “goats” means Greatest Of All Time. Check it out:
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Prodigal Farm is home to just about the cutest and sweetest cuddly mammals around: the humble, yet noble, goat.
You can follow along with the goats of Prodigal Farm on Facebook, or learn more about their products by shopping their online store. The best way to hear about goat events on the farm is by following them on social media.
So, what do you think? Will you be keeping your eye out for a goat experience down on the farm? We think the whole place is practically magical.

If you were to visit her, she'd try to feed you cornbread.
