A Former White House Pastry Chef Just Opened Up A Restaurant In New York Called Palais By Perfect Pie
As New Yorkers, we can find plenty of restaurants here in the Empire State that are delicious enough to pull us up out of our seats at home and convince us to hit the road to try out what they have to eat. As if your dining bucket list wasn’t already long enough, check out how a former White House pastry chef just opened up his own fantastic eatery right here in New York!

After operating as the White House Pastry Chef between 2007 and 2014, Billy Yosses has recently unveiled his newest creation - Palais by Perfect Pie.
The stunning restaurant features lots of natural light and modern touches, with the ability to seat 75 people in their multi-level establishment.
Your new favorite French-American bistro, you'll find all sorts of amazing sweet and savory dishes on the menu at Palais by Perfect Pie.
Of course, you might remember the fact that it's Billy's pies that are so well-loved by the Obama family and many others - drawing in hungry guests from all around the country to this delightful little spot in New York.
Seriously, these pastries have been presidentially approved!
