The Unsuspecting Small Town Restaurant, Ray Brothers BBQ, Is Home To The Best Ribs In New York

In every region of the Empire State, you’ll find amazing small-town barbecue joints that are almost always hiding in plain sight. Nestled along our roadsides and hiding in inconspicuous locations, some of our most delicious destinations are ones that you’ve probably yet to discover. Thankfully for us residents here in the Northeast, the Food Network has just unveiled their official list of each state’s best barbecue joints and you won’t believe where New York’s is hiding away.
