There are certain outdoor adventures in New York that require a bit more bravery than others. Previously, we’ve talked about visiting places like the Mohonk Mountain House to face your fears while hiking through spots like the Lemon Squeeze. But if you’re looking for something that may or may not be easier for you to accomplish in the outdoors, then you might want to try seeing if your stomach can handle walking across this one bridge in Tompkins County.

Taking you 140 feet above the ground, the Fall Creek Suspension Bridge is not for those who are faint of heart.

The bridge is open all year long, spanning across 270 feet and even makes for the perfect place to go for a winter stroll if you're brave enough.

Wondering where exactly you can find this frighteningly amazing place on campus? The Fall Creek Suspension Bridge can be found just off of Fall Creek Drive in Ithaca. On the north side of the bridge you'll find public parking for residents, but if those spaces are already full you can also park in one of the many metered spaces in the area.
