All around the Empire State during this time of year, you’ll find our favorite small-town farms putting together their annual corn mazes. Some mazes, like the Heroic Corn Maze at Fort Ticonderoga, are already open for the year and ready to be explored while others will be rolling out their new mazes in the upcoming weeks. If you’re looking to take on the best of the best though, it’s time you see what delicious rewards await you at the end of this one Cider Maze in Upstate New York.
Taking you out to the scenic and historic town of Kinderhook, Samascott Garden Market and Orchards is a charming destination to check out during the fall season.
Rent their Surrey Bikes and explore this gorgeous orchard on any fall day and you'll be sure to have a blast, with over 20 different varities of apples to literally pick from.
Those who are masterful enough to find all 8 stations will be rewarded with a free soft serve ice cream from the Garden Market as well as a free 6-ounce pour from Nine Pin's tasting room in Albany!
On Friday, October 25th, the orchard will also be hosting their second annual Cider Maze adult's-only event, where you'll have more chances to win amazing rewards.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., you can visit the farm and navigate yourself through the maze with your own flashlight. If you find 4 out of the 8 stations within the maze, you’ll be rewarded with a $1 dollar off coupon for a 12-ounce Nine Pine at the pop-up bar outside the maze. If you find all 8 stations, you'll get another $1 dollar off your second pour - Woohoo!
