With summer being right around the corner, you’re probably starting to begin to plan out some of the seasonal adventures that you’ll be taking this year. Thankfully all around New York, there are plenty of incredible waterparks that you can visit – providing both a relaxing and exhilarating day in the sun. But if you’re not interested in waiting in the lines to fly down some of your favorite waterslides, then we may have the perfect solution for you.

While the state park remains open all year long, the lifeguarded swimming area doesn't open for the year until May 26th. From May 26th through June 24th, the swimming area will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
