Just a stone's throw away from Lake George's Visitor Center, on the corner of Canada Street & Beach Road, you'll find a circular area laid out like a compass.
If you're at all familiar with the village of Lake George then you should know exactly where this landmark is. For those who have never been to this area, then let us reassure you that this bizarre phenomenon is one of the easiest things to find - it's truly in the heart of Lake George.
Step One: All you need to do is stand over the "X" you see pictured below, which lies directly in the middle of the circular plaza.
One thing we need to stress is that you must be standing directly in this spot, even moving just a footstep out of place will make it so this unexplained phenomenon doesn't occur!
