This Magical Hot Air Balloon Glow In New York Will Light Up Your Summer
During this time of year when we’re in the heart of the warmest months here in the Empire State, we’re always looking for ways to spend time outdoors so that we can enjoy all that the summer has to offer. Right around the corner and celebrating its 28th year, discover why this jaw-dropping hot air balloon festival belongs on your summer bucket list.
Happening in the charming town of Rhinebeck, this year the Dutchess County Fairgrounds will be hosting the 28th Annual Hudson Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival.
Happening over the course of the entire weekend from July 12th through the 14th, visitors will get to enjoy everything from helicopter rides, tethered rides, hayrides, live music, and activities for both kids and adults.
Out of everything that you'll find on the Hudson Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival's schedule though, it's their Moon Glow even that often draws in the most visitors.
Taking place between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights, the festival's Moon Glow is something you'll want to see at least once in your lifetime.
The event will even feature a 50-piece band that will be performing a special Hot Air Balloon Moon Glow concert! Could this festival get any more magical?
In order to gain access to this festival, you'll have to purchase a ticket - but don't worry, things aren't pricey! The festival features Weekend Pass tickets for only $25 dollars a person that will give you entry for all three days, or you can pay $10 dollars a person for each day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
