In a state as large as New York that’s made up of so many different regions, as our own residents and out-of-towners continue to explore all that there is to see, we find ourselves constantly learning more and more about the Empire State’s history. At one point in history, many moons ago, you could once find the Big Apple’s waterfront lined with oyster barges and floating restaurants that were highly sought after. Today though, you can only find so many of these unique eateries floating around the world’s greatest city.
