Major publications like The Washington Post have commented on Buffalo's newfound vitality. It's about time we start getting credit for our hard work!

We've called ourselves the City of Good Neighbors for quite some time, but the nickname is proving itself elsewhere. Travel + Leisure even named Buffalo as America's Friendliest City!

The Battle of Buffalo left our city badly burned and crumbled to the ground, with the exception of just a few buildings. Luckily, we came out victorious in the end!

Don't believe us? Just ask Food & Wine. Finally, other people are starting to catch on to the fact that we're about so much more than wings! (Although, let's be honest - we do love our wings.)

With the recent opening of the Oishei Children's Hospital, the Buffalo medical campus is garnering some serious attention- and rightfully so. Our medical advancements haven't slowed since the invention of the implantable pacemaker back in the 60s.

While we still take pride in our industrial roots, Buffalo is no longer known only for steel plants and grain mills. Our small business climate is on the rise and we're one of the best cities for startups!

The third most underrated, to be exact. At least if you're going by this article from Travel + Leisure.

Okay, so this is a self-proclaimed title, but we think the Queen City is certainly worthy of the accolade! From our public art to the support of small business, Buffalo is booming!
