You’ll Find Thousands Of Treasures At This 2-Story Antique Shop In New York

An often underrated region of New York to explore though is our Southern Tier, but don’t worry, we’ve found your latest reason to go and head down this way. Only a half-hour west of the city of Binghamton, it’s time you explore the small town of Owego and get some one-of-a-kind shopping done.
In the small town of Owego down in Tioga County, the Early Owego Antique Center takes up an entire corner on Lake Street.
Open since 2013, the antique center was once the J.J. Newberry Department Store that was open back in the 1950s.
Those who visit the old department store today will see that the 21,000-square-foot building has been transformed into one of New York's best antique centers.
With so much to explore, we truly mean it when we say that you could spend the entire day exploring this one antique shop.
The store is made up of 90 different vendors from the area, which means you never know exactly what you'll find here.
And yes, the rumors are true, there's even an old Indian motorcycle for sale here.
Bibliophiles will also be glad to hear that you'll be able to find rows upon rows of shelves that are filled with all sorts of books that are reasonably priced.
