There’s Something Incredibly Unique Hiding Inside This Mom & Pop Restaurant In New Mexico
In southeastern New Mexico, just across the border from Texas, lies a family-owned restaurant with décor like no other. Casey’s is a beloved dining spot for Hobbs locals, who are seeking breakfast or burgers. However, the restaurant is also home to one of the biggest collections of Coca-Cola memorabilia in the nation.

In part, that’s due to volume. In 1886, John S. Pemberton invented Coca-Cola and, even in the early days, he invested heavily in advertising. As a company, Coca-Cola continued to be forward thinking in terms of promotion and brand recognition, resulting in a plethora of collectible signs, snow globes, and coolers.

Other popular menu items include the Frito pie and the rotating specials. The restaurant also serves breakfast, offering dishes like pancakes, biscuits of gravy, and omelets.

Three generations of the same family have run this Hobbs institution and, whether you’re a regular or just passing through, this is a welcome – and unique - spot to grab a bite.
Casey’s is located at 209 W Broadway Street, Suite 12 in Hobbs. For more information, visit the restaurant’s website or Facebook page.
Please note that Casey’s is a cash-only restaurant.
