You might know this place as "Macalicious." The restaurant had a trademark issue, so they recently changed the name to Theo Gio's Mac & Cheese. Same great menu, different name.
Of course, your grandma probably never made mac 'n cheese like this. Theo Gio's has 13 different varieties on the menu, and each one is a creative, unique take on the classic comfort cuisine.
From classic mac 'n cheese to Mojo Mac, which includes bacon, chorizo, Sriracha, cheddar, and Monterey jack, you're certain to find a few favorites on the menu.
Other varieties include Four Cheese, Santa Fe, Carbonara, Shroom & Truffle, Dream Catcher, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, Shrimp Scampi, Tuna, Ham & Cheddar, and Skinny Mac.
