Marvel At 100 Beautiful Christmas Trees Along An Indoor Street At Festival Of Trees In New Mexico
Are you looking for a way to get into the Christmas spirit while also making a difference in the community? If you’re in Albuquerque, you won’t need to go far because there’s one event coming up very soon that will enchant your heart and soul.
This weekend is the 12th annual Festival of Trees, an incredible winter wonderland experience where you can view more than 100 intricately decorated evergreens.
On December 7 and 8, you can meander through a massive room of Christmas trees, 250 wreaths, and family-friendly activities at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
This is part of a fundraising event for the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation, a philanthropic organization that assists special needs patients at the hospital. Admission to the event is just a $1 suggested donation.
When here, be prepared to be
wowed by all the holly, jolly Christmas cheer! Each tree is uniquely decorated by the foundation's volunteers and sponsors.
You can even opt to take home one of the trees, wreaths, or centerpieces while knowing the money is going to a good cause.
Get the kiddos to participate in some arts and crafts projects, sip on hot drinks, and write letters to Santa.
In fact, make sure your cameras are ready! Santa will be on the premises for a meet and greet with all the children young and old.
The Festival of Trees is located at the Albuquerque Convention Center from December 6 to December 8.
A private gala will be held on December 6, then public viewings will be held on December 7 and 8. For details or to purchase tickets, visit their website.
