Hillsboro is a tiny little town in Sierra County that’s home to about 200 people. Once a prosperous mining town, today the quiet town is an ideal day trip destination, especially for those traveling along the Geronimo Trail and into the foothills of the Black Range Mountains. As you make your way into town, this charming cafe is the perfect pit stop to refuel and take a look around.
The building was erected in 1879, and much of the bare bones of the building still remain.
