Los Rios River Runners is definitely the best spot to do so and you can experience the fun along one of the most scenic rivers in the country. For tubing in New Mexico, think outside the box a bit. Red River Ski & Summer Area in Taos County offers New Mexico tubing, but down a mountain. They have a ride of sorts where you can fly down the hills, even in the heat of summer.
